Family & Community Music Events

 

Book Sunflower Music to provide a one-time family or community music event for your school, child care, or program! Groups of 50-75 people can be accommodated at the location of your choosing. Sarah has led family music events for child care centers, Parents as Teachers in Lawrence, Baldwin City, Topeka, Douglas County Health Department, Tiny-k Early Intervention, and De Soto Public Schools. Events are planned around a theme or book and promote family interaction and age-appropriate development through music interventions. We will sing, dance, play instruments, read a book, and learn through play! Take-home pages can also be created to provide families with lyrics and resources pertaining to the event.
